While minimum wages act in India is per day minimum rupees 300/- (approximately).....
How labour office accept this kind of advertisement.....
And even forget the same how many companies pay this salary to employ since long????
What labour commissioner and labour inspector doing after seating in air conditioning chamber?????

May be extra income fixed by few people
Maybe they haven't knowledge about minimum wages act
Maybe they have not proper business profits
Maybe employers income source used for personal luxurious expensive and rest of used for employees
What process to be done by government for maintaining Labour Act .....
