Procurement For Indian budget

Procurement For Indian budget February 10, 2021 Simple rule of any company, if assets are growing, business is growing..and company values are incredibly increasing in market... progressive work know by other as salary increment... Isn't true??? But India is so far from same, excluding all MLAs and government officials... Why India suffering from international currencies lower standard is bigger question for / to me ... Proposed budget plan for 2018-19 India's government wanted to transfer 21.57 lakh crore (net of GST compensation transfers to theStates) as against the BudgetEstimates of Rs. 21.47 lakh crore. Continuing Government's path of fiscal reduction and consolidation, the Finance Minister projected a Fiscal Deficit of 3.3% of GDP for the year 2018-19... But Actually Expenditure he made actually transfered the amount as per chart one... Is 26.20 lakh coror for 2018-19... Proposed budget plan for 2020-21 Transfer to states: The central government transfered Rs 13,29,428 crore to states and union territories in 2019-20. Actually Expenditure But done the actual expenditure is in ruppees.. 29.39/- lakh coror... Proposed budget plan for 2020-21 The central government wanted to transfer Rs 13,90,666 crore to states and union territories in 2020-21. Actually Expenditure: The government proposes to spend Rs 30,42,230 crore in 2020-21, which is 12.7% higher than the revised estimate of 2019-20. Receipts: The receipts (other than net borrowings) areexpected to increase by 16.3% to Rs 22,45,893 crore, owing to higherestimated revenue from disinvestments. See always on practical ways we mean our Indian government whatever wanted to tran6 the fund is constantly getting higher side... And on practical ways transfered amount is very highly higher as we can see in chart 1... Means it is all not as per budget planning...
Why always India and Indian people understand the word Fiscal Deficit??? Meaning of words are... Fiscal deficit, the condition when the expenditure of the government exceeds its revenue in a year, is the difference between the two. Fiscal deficit is calculated both in absolute terms and as a percentage of the country's gross domestic product (GDP). See the chart, which shows early years wrong calculation information... Why I love procurement... Procurement is the act of obtaining goods or services, typically for business purposes. ... Procurementgenerally refers to the final act of purchasing but it can also include the procurement process overall which can be critically important for companies leading up to their final purchasing decision. Hindi meaning of procurement The "kraya nirnay" mean you know the amount which definitely comes to you next time and making proposal for sure planning on such cases as more than that... My once old boss Mr O P Sharma was once GM in Go airways flight company and his position was General Manager, Administration and Procurement Previously we both worked jointly for M/s Rasna Pvt ltd... With different designation same department... Well Australia is big country and it's having it's own department on procurement... See the link... https://www.finance.gov.au/government/procurement This time Indian government produced Union budget of 2021-22, transfer proposes planning on such case as per the chart but I am sure the amount will go on higher side this time too.. in next coming months... That is why I love the word... ... "Procurement"... India why not showing those all assets which are usually rising up several times nation wide...??? And if assets are not increasing than why or what need of budget planning??? And if prior budget always getting lesser amount for Union Territory and giving fiscal deficit every year, than why don't accept that need procurement needed as present time essential and important part of financial services and ministry of India...!!! Even more they still not reducing salary of MLA and other government officials who mostly interupting parliament work??? And even more mostly all are having private business too!!!!
