अभी उत्तरीय ध्रूव केनेडा से साइबीरिया की तरफ सालाना 55 km /वर्ष के हिसाब से बढ़ रहा है। पहले कम थी अभी स्पीड बढने का कारण मोबाइल तरंगों का महत्तम संभवित सम्भावना है।
जिससे स्टीमर, विमान चालको के डिग्री में गलत रीडिंग से स्थान चूक होती ही है।

I recognize such things when I was child Ahmedabad district co-operation bank LTD given 10% fixed deposit rate. And even deposit made double after five years and at that time RBI had full reserve fund and no more variations in international market currency rate against rupees. This about 90s period.

Than after and during 1995 onwards, we can say after harshad Mehta scame and RBI reserve fund used by chandra shekhar ministry, still any type of RBI so called reserve fund not recovered by any government and received recently new massage that modi government need to use another reserve funds of RBI again and henceforth, the governor of RBI urjit Patel resigned and releaved from job. And during manmohan sing ministry, rupees down gradation happened politely, but unknown to so many people....

But after few years of 1995 to 2000 all of sudden people getting interest in loan system and according RBI changed repo rate and reverse repo rate. We are still facing problem related to international standard rate or rupees against dollars and pounds and euro currency...in exchange mode mostly rupees at lower level since long...

India's few bank made merger, like Vijaya Bank, dena bank and bank of Baroda merged. They getting benefit probably personally as bank capital amount clubed and merged against loans and it's recovery by them.

As per the merger they could changed fixed deposit rate too. I personally observe such other bank fixed deposit rate but not getting similarly rate. But not increase and still lower...

RBI why not getting command on same as superior are still questions. Need to recover higher loan amount from all kind hidden source.

Why government in need to liquidate the RBI reserve fund regular base?

Indian government need to reduce expensive expenses what ever used several times in function and on very lower famous scheam ... Or need to reduce debt of India what ever taken from world's country or world bank...

Job and price factor

Government increases so many salary to the employees but still didn't think for about minimum wages act & covered people of private limited operations or company. Not only import export but need services too at nation then only jobs solution done.

Any initiative taken happy presented new company not giving highest salaries scale but they can considered just only minimum wages act for that worker.

Government need to think on that immediate and on fast action need on such level then only can solution about job could be done.

Markets are open but about products and their cost factor government need to new guideline at all state. As all states has different kind of expansion, expenses and expenditure level for there budget and income source.

Government need to develop policy for commonly appearing rate structure at India, ie national level...if the considered highest rate or lease agreement for setelite right for speed base technologies, that must have knowledge about price factor too...

Self experience

For getting good God's path of bhakti, on half of the way when asked about self to mind, mostly in true sense i get only answer, let it go for further, but somehow few past memories disturbing self inner conciousness and for little while getting bad thought for specific person or else. Any one not getting peace of mind without meditation or practice, though your nearer and deaest maintaining very much minor distance with you, that's Life's hardest truth.  Maintaining self mind needs no one other, but if you write good things about your positive thoughts and read your self according, or recall memories for healthy thoughts, maybe you can get initial peace of mind.

When I tried and get little surprised, when getting dule position of mind, like positive and negative but after approaching positive position so many times passed away.

शल्य

शल्यक्रिया से सम्बन्धित अन्य प्रसंग है- दधीचि के सिर को हटाकर उसकी जगह घोड़े के सिर का प्रत्यारोपण और फिर उसे हटाकर असली सिर लगा देना, ऋज्राष्वड की अंधी आँखों में रोशनी प्रदान करना, यज्ञ के कटे सिर को पुनः सन्धान करना, श्राव का कुष्ठ रोग दूर कर उसे दीर्धायु प्रदान करना, कक्षीवान्‌ को पुनः युवक बनाना, वृद्ध च्यवन को पुनः यौवन देना, वामदेव को माता के गर्भ से निकालना आदि।

 उन्नत आधुनिक काल

शास्त्रीय प्रमाणों से शल्यचिकित्सा का मूल स्रोत वेदों में मिलता है, जहाँ इंद्र, अग्नि और सोम देवता के बाद स्वर्ग के दो वैद्यों अश्विनीकुमारों की गणना की गई है। इनके कायचिकित्सा एवं शल्यचिकित्सा संबंधी दोनों प्रकार के कार्य मिलते हैं। शरीर की व्याधियों को दूर करने के लिए तथा अंगभंग की स्थिति में नवीन आंखें एवं नवीन अंग प्रदान करने के लिए अश्विनीकुमारों की प्रार्थना की गई है। गर्भाशय को चीरकर गर्भ को बाहर निकालने तथा मूत्रवाहिनी, मूत्राशय एवं वृक्कों में यदि मूत्र रुका हो, तो उसे वहाँ से शल्य कर्म या अन्य प्रकार से बाहर निकालने का उल्लेख मिलता है। इसी प्रकार अथर्ववेद में क्षत, विद्रधि, व्रण, टूटी या कटी अस्थियों को जोड़ने, कटे हुए अंग को ठीक करने, पृथक् हुए मांस मज्जा को स्वस्थ करनेवाली ओषधि से प्रार्थना की गई है। रक्तस्राव के लिए पट्टी बाँधने, अपची (गले की ग्रंथि का एक रोग) के लिए वेधन छेदन आदि उपचारों का उल्लेख मिलता है। भगवान बुद्ध के काल में जीवक नामक चिकित्सक द्वारा करोटि एवं उदरगत बड़े शल्यकर्म सफलतापूर्वक किए जाने का वर्णन है।

सुसंगठित एवं शास्त्रीय रूप से आयुर्वेदीय शल्यचिकित्सा की नींव इंद्र के शिष्य धन्वंतरि ने डाली। धन्वंतरि के शिष्य सुश्रुत ने इस शास्त्र को सर्वांगोपांग विकसित कर व्यवहारोपयोगी स्वरूप दिया। उस समय भी शल्य का क्षेत्र सामान्य कायिक शल्यचिकित्सा था और ऊर्ध्वजत्रुगत रोगों एवं शल्यकर्म (अर्थात् नेत्ररोग, नासा, कंठ, कर्ण आदि के रोग एव तत्संबंधी शल्यकर्म) का विचार अष्टांगायुर्वेद के शालाक्य नामक शाखा में पृथक् रूप से किया जाता था।

इसी प्रकार पश्चिम में असीरिया, बेबिलोनिया एवं मिस्र के बाद यूनान और रोम में सभ्यता एवं अन्य ज्ञान विज्ञान के साथ चिकित्साविज्ञान तथा तदंतर्गत शल्यचिकित्सा का विकास हुआ। ई. पू. 301 में मिस्र देश में शल्यतंत्र उन्नत अवस्था में था। मिस्र देश में भूगर्भ से मिले शवों के शरीर में कपालभेद के संधान के चिह्र मिलते हैं। प्रारंभ में रोम नगर के सभी चिकित्सक सिकंदिरिया या उसके पूर्व के निवासी थे। केलसस का "डी मेडिसिना", जो ईसवी सन् 29 में प्रसिद्ध हुआ, पूर्णतया ग्रीक प्रणाली का था। उक्त महाग्रंथ आठ खंडों में है। सातवें खंड में शल्यशास्त्र और छठे खंड के छठे अध्याय में और सातवें खंड के सातवें अध्याय में नेत्ररोगों का विवेचन है। इस महाग्रंथ में वर्णित अर्म (अग्रीस रोमन टेरिजियम्) पोथकी तथा मोतियाबिंद (cataract) की शल्यचिकित्सा बहुत कुछ सुश्रुत से मिलती जुलती है।

जालीनूस ने जो एक प्रकार से यूनानी परंपरा का अंतिम विद्वान् चिकित्सक था, अनेक बड़े बड़े ग्रंथ चिकित्सा शास्त्र पर लिखे। उसके ग्रंथ सारे ग्रीक वैद्यक के विश्वकोश हैं। पश्चिमी काल के पूर्ववर्ती युग (700 ई से 1,200 ई.) में अरबों ने चिकित्सा विज्ञान का दीपक प्रज्वलित किया और शल्यचिकित्सा में भी प्रशंसनीय उन्नति की, जिसका प्रभाव स्पेन तक था। इसी ज्ञान को आधार मानकर आधुनिक शल्यचिकित्सा आज पराकाष्ठा पर पहुँच रही है। अबुल कासिम जहरावी का प्रसिद्ध ग्रंथ, अत्तसरीफ, यूरोप में शल्यतंत्र की उन्नति की आधारभूत नींव है। आधुनिक शल्यचिकित्सा की अद्भुत उन्नति की प्रधान कारण उत्तम चेतनाहर एवं संवेदनाहर ओषधियों (anaesthetics) तथा विश्वसनीय रक्तस्तंभक द्रव्य (haemostatics), पूतिरोधी एवं प्रतिजैविक पदार्थ की सुलभता है, जिनकी सुविधा विक्त युगों में प्राय: नहीं सी थी। अतएव विचारकों के लिए यह एक नितांत जिज्ञासापूर्ण विषय बना रहा कि इन साधनों के अभाव में प्राचीन लोग गंभीर स्वरूप के शल्यकर्म (operation) कैसे करते थे।

सौर कलंक कहां गए!

दुनिया को उजाला देने वाले सूर्य पर भी अंधेरा होता है. इस अंधेरे को सौर कलंक या सौर धब्बे भी कहते हैं. धब्बों की संख्या बढ़ने को सौर सक्रियता में वृद्धि और संख्या घटने को सौर सक्रियता में कमी का प्रतीक माना जाता है.
ठीक इस समय सौर धब्बों की संख्या बढ़नी, यानी सौर सक्रियता में वृद्धि होनी चाहिये थी. लेकिन, ऐसा है नहीं. वैज्ञानिक पहेलियां बूझ रहे हैं कि सूर्य के इस आलस्य का आख़िर कारण क्या है?
अनुभव दिखाता है कि सौर सक्रियता दिखाने वाले कलंक औसतन हर 11 वर्ष बाद अपने चरम पर होते हैं. अगस्त के मध्य में रियो दी जनेरो में हुए अंतरराष्ट्रीय खगोल विज्ञान सम्मेलन में भी सूर्य की सुस्ती पर चर्चा हुई. अमेरिका में बौल्डर स्थित वायुमंडलीय और अंतरिक्ष भौतिकी प्रयोगशाला में काम कर रही जर्मन सौर विशेषज्ञ मार्गरेट हाबाराइटर भी वहां उपस्थित थीं.
"सौर सक्रियता-चक्र औसतन 11 साल लंबा होता है. इसका मतलब है कि वह 9 से 14 साल तक भी हो सकता है. पिछली न्यूनतम सक्रियता को अब 12 वर्ष हो गये हैं. दूसरे शब्दों में, सूर्य इस समय शांत ज़रूर है, लेकिन वह अपने सामान्य दायरे के भीतर ही है."

सूर्य की सुस्ती

सौर सक्रियता का पिछला चरम सन 2000 में देखा गया था. उसके बाद धब्बों की संख्या लगातार घटती गयी. जुलाई 2006 में पहला नया धब्बा देखा गया. अनुमान था कि धब्बों की संख्या बढ़ते-बढ़ते 2011-12 तक अपने चरम पर पहुंच जायेगी. तब यह संख्या 100 से ऊपर भी जा सकती है. लेकिन, अभी तक तो ऐसे कोई लक्षण दिखायी नहीं पड़ रहे हैं. 2009 के पहले 90 दिनों में से 78 दिन एक भी धब्बा नहीं दिखायी पड़ा.
2008 में तो सूर्य ने अपनी सुस्ती की हद ही कर दी. 266 दिनों तक वह बिल्कुल कलंकहीन रहा. कलंकहीन रहने का सबसे लंबा रेकॉर्ड है 311 दिनों का, जिसे सूर्य ने 1913 में बनाया था. लंबी शांति का कहीं यह मतलब तो नहीं है कि सूर्य जब जागेगा तब आकाश को हिला देगा ?
" दो भविष्यवाणियां हैं. वैज्ञानिकों का एक हिस्सा कहता है कि नयी सौर सक्रियता बहुत ज़ोरदार होगी. दूसरे कहते हैं कि वह ख़ासी कमज़ोर होगी. पिछली रुझानों से यही आभास मिलता है कि वर्तमान दुर्बलता जितनी लंबी चलेगी, भावी सक्रियता भी उतनी ही मद्धिम होगी. वैसे, दोनों की संभावना 50-50 समझनी चाहिये."

सौर सक्रियता का महत्व

सौर सक्रियता को, यानी सूर्य पर के काले धब्बों के घटने-बढ़ने को आख़िर इतना महत्व क्यों दिया जा रहा है? इसलिए, क्योंकि ये धब्बे ही उन सौर आंधियों को जन्म देते हैं, जो कई बार पृथ्वी तक भी पहुंचती हैं और यहां रेडियो-टेलीविज़न जैसी दूरसंचार सेवाओं को अस्तव्यस्त कर सकती हैं.
समझा जाता है कि सौर धब्बे तब बनते हैं, जब सूर्य के भीतर विस्फोट-जैसी किसी खलबली से ऐसे प्रचंड चुंबकीय क्षेत्र बनते हैं, जो किसी फ़ौव्वारे की तरह तेज़ी से ऊपर उठते हैं और अपने साथ के अरबों टन परमाणु कणों को अंतरिक्ष में उछाल देते हैं.
20 साल पहले, 1989 में ऐसी ही एक घटना के साथ सूर्य ने कुछ ही मिनटों के भीतर एक अरब टन अयनीकृत परमाणु कणों का एक ऐसा बादल उछला, जो 10 लाख किलोमीटर प्रतिघंटे की गति से पृथ्वी के चुंबकीय क्षेत्र से भी टकराया.
ध्रुवीय प्रकाश, बिजली ग़ायब
12 मार्च की उस रात को रंगीन ध्रुवीय प्रकाश की एक ऐसी अद्भुत लीला पैदा हुई, जिसे अमेरिका में फ्लोरिडा और क्यूबा तक देखा गया. साथ ही कैनडा के क्यूबेक प्रांत में बत्तियां गुल हो गयीं. 12 घंटे तक बिजली ग़ायब रही. पृथ्वी की परिक्रमा कर रहे बहुत से उपग्रह भी बुरी तरह प्रभावित हुए.

संयोग से ऐसी प्रचंड सौर आंधियां बहुत अधिक नहीं आतीं. तब भी, हर सौर सक्रियता के दौरान दो-तीन बार आ सकती हैं. यदि उनकी भविष्यवाणी की जा सके, तो कितना अच्छा रहे. अभी-अभी सूर्य ने सक्रिय होने का पहला संकेत दिया है. उसके चुंबकीय क्षेत्र के ध्रुव बदल गये हैं. तो क्या अब सौर आंधियों के लिए तैयार हो जाना चाहिये? मार्गरेट हाबरराइटर कहती हैं:
"न्यूनतम से अधिकतम की ओर बढ़ रही सौर सक्रियता की विकिरण-मात्रा के बीच 0.1 प्रतिशत का उतार-चढ़ाव हो सकता है. लेकिन, विकिरण के स्पेक्रट्रम को, उसके वर्णक्रम को यदि बांट कर देखें, तो यह उतार-चढ़ाव कुछेक क्षेत्रों में दो गुना भी हो सकता है या धुर-अल्ट्रावॉयलेट अथवा एक्स-रे किरणों के मामले में दस से सौ गुना भी हो सकता है."
भविष्यवाणी टेढ़ी खीर
दूसरे शब्दों में, यह भविष्यवाणी कर सकना बहुत ही मुश्किल है कि सूर्य के धब्बों की संख्या बढ़ने से किस प्रकार का विकिरण सबसे अधिक बढ़ेगा. गनीमत है कि पृथ्वी का वायुमंडल हर सौर आंधी वाले विकिरण से हमारी रक्षा करता है, हालांकि ऐसा करते हुए वह कुछ गरम भी हो जाता है.
हमारे वायुमंडल का तापमान सूर्य के धब्बे बढ़ने के साथ बढ़ता और धब्बे घटने के साथ घटता है. सन 1650 से 1700 के बीच सूर्य 50 वर्षों तक काफ़ी निष्क्रिय रहा था. तब, क़रीब उसी समय पृथ्वी के उत्तरी गोलार्ध पर एक लघु हिमयुग आ गया था. लेकिन, इस समय वैज्ञानिकों को किसी हिमयुग से अधिक यह चिंता सता रही है कि सौर विकिरण से हमारी रक्षा करने वाले पृथ्वी के चुंबकीय क्षेत्र में 2012 में एक असाधारण बड़ा छेद पैदा होने वाला है. यदि उसी समय सौर सक्रियता अपने चरम पहुंचती है, तो दूरसंचार और बिजली आपूर्ति सेवाओं में भारी गड़बड़ी पैदा होगी.
कहने की आवश्यकता नहीं कि सूर्य का उजाला ही नहीं, उसका अंधेरा भी पृथ्वी पर हमारे जीवन के लिए असीम महत्व रखता है.
