How to make Resume

After corona time needed things, in your hands, are resume. Not only name's addresses email phone but other important guide line...


So many vacancies are there but what exactly for you is most important question.


So many labour are moved out from working place. And other risen up with graduate degrees...


After such limitations bigger package deal not possible and government's employment exchange are also in unique criteria... 


So many types of resumes are making by people but hard to maintain it in on one paper or page...


My point of views are different..



Making original experience highlights on paper you need to not explain so many words but mentioned only header of experience line ...

If you have Administration style experience than than make only header that "Experience in Administration Department" 


There are so many versetilities in it and the interviewer automatically understand that and if not than he is not liable for interviews making with you... 


What is administration and it is how 

 maintaining with other officials and department are as under briefing... 


Insurance department..


Trade mark patent by consultant.. for products branding and license till expire date and Renue date


Provident fund & ESIC by consultant or self... For employees and organisations senior crader... along with forms .. and MOU details


Labour Department for all kind registers maintenance and record ad per needed as per requirement... Time to time...by self or consultant


All kind licenses related to factory's or corporate sector...


Telephone department and contract..


Computer department and contract..


Facilities management to senior..


Employee welfare and record..


Budget planning making for all departments in collaboration with account department... And making record for not making over budget or giving planning for criteria of expenses as per prior profit details and making eye open for specially for sales personnel as are they making expenses as per sales policies or not...


And mostly legal based all government documents work along with filing of each records...


If you know all and the other person asked you about man power... Than you make counter questions to him about his present staff... As per details give answer... Mostly 10 person staff need only one man as administrator ... But never asked him for new subordinate for you... 


If the person asking you about salary than never mentioned as per company's rules and regulations though you are Freshers... Demand on your skills and faith...


Must put reference as phone numbers of previous companies where ever you got an experience...


These are for exclusive administration department related resume and related Matters... 


If you are handling or having different departments experience... The resume would be as per those details...


Like as per example of account

Previous day's so many tax were available hence so many compilation needed but now a days only GST and Excise so the man power along with documents are mostly reduce...


even more present days so many people finding jobs with experience but on part of showing their skills, they are little back listed or non sorted by the employers or interviewers... Hence this is my humble try for making understanding about resume standard...
